Everything In The House Is Thrown Into The Trash Can By The Cat

Pieru is a nice and cute cat, yet he can be naughty and difficult at times, just like other cats. He has been mischievous since he was a kitten, and he enjoys doing things that he is not allowed to do.

“Unfortunately our trash can stands near the table and obviously makes funny noises when he puts something in,” Reif said. “About one year ago I missed my pen and found it in the bin — but I was sure that I didn’t throw it there neither did it lay in a way it could have fallen by itself,” Kerstin Reif, Pieru’s mom, told The Dodo.

Pieru must have pushed her pen in, Reif realized. As a result, Reif makes a point of checking the trash can whenever she forgets something or before emptying it.

Pieru is proud of his hobbies and would want his family not to see him knocking stuff down. “I’m sure there’s a smile on his face occasionally because he appears so self-assured,” Reif said. “He nudges something as he looks at us… He smiles and throws it over when you say ‘Pieru noooo.’

Pieru isn’t going to quit knocking items off of surfaces and dumping them in the trash can anytime soon since it’s his favorite thing to do.
