After Being Pulled From The Street The Cat Is Fiercely Protective Of Her One And Only Kitten
The mysterious cat has been spotted wandering the streets of Los Angeles for some time. Chris, a local animal enthusiast, was able to capture mama and two of her kittens after much struggle.
Wrenn Rescues, a Southern California animal rights organization, received the information. Jen Marder, a volunteer, generously offered her home for foster care.
“My mother (Rosa) was terrified when they came to me. Jen recounts, “She had never gone indoors, that is, she found herself in a very unexpected scenario with her two children.”
Two weeks later, the smallest of the two kittens died, despite the best efforts of the guardians. Mother Rosa did not let go of her remaining baby, King, from the arms day and night, pouring unspent love on him.
“When King got really strong, Mama Rosa got a lot friendlier,” Jen adds.
Rosa began interacting with the guardians after discovering that her kitten was secure, and her attitude toward them improved. She, on the other hand, never stopped watching her child’s every move.
The devoted mother spent the entire day in the nest, feeding and licking the lone surviving kitten. Jen brought food and water to her in bed when she forgot to eat; otherwise, the cat would have gone hungry.
King’s energy expanded as he grew older, and he became more lively and interested.
Mama Rosa put up with even the most difficult of his games and never failed to bathe the kitten. He was usually well-groomed and combed.
The mischievous kitten has repeatedly tried to avoid forced baths, but as a result, received only even more thorough washes.
“They are truly made for each other. It’s funny to see how King climbs up Rose’s face, and she just sits there and lets him do it!
The mother’s love for her kid is unwavering. They’re a match made in heaven.
“There’s a kitten where mom is, and vice versa.” “You seldom witness such a tender bond between a mother and her kid,” Jen explains.
The rescuers hope to hold these two in one hand, knowing how much they mean to each other.
“She’s not quite tame, but she’s no longer savage.” She occasionally approaches, sniffs my finger, and brushes her snout on it. Jen adds, “Every now and then she lets me scratch her head and purrs loudly.”
“I’m hoping they’ll all be adopted by the same family.”
Mother Rosa blooms and smells, happy that her adorable baby is nearby.
Meanwhile, the kitten enters adolescence, and the mother continues to patronize him. When he rushes around the room, playing with the guardian, the cat is always nearby and does not take his eyes off the baby.
