After Being Adopted, A Rescued Cat Can’t Stop Kissing And Hugging His New Owner

Meet Honeycake, an orange tabby cat that had a rocky start in life. His former owner threw the unfortunate cat out of a moving automobile. Thankfully, he was picked up by a nice stranger and sent to a shelter.

The cat was treated and cared for after being delivered to the shelter, but there was a deadline for the ginger guy to be adopted. Fortunately, Michigan Cat Rescue heard about Honeycake and hurried to the shelter to take it in. As a result, he may be given the second chance at life that he so well deserves.

The cat waited with the rescuers at Michigan Cat Rescue’s shelter, waiting for someone to come pick him up and take him home.

Renee, a nurse, saw Honeycake at the shelter and fell in love with him immediately. She eventually chose to adopt the ginger kid and called him Finnegan. He appears to be head over heels in love with its sweet owner, hugging and embracing her with kisses and love. “You are my human now!” he said as he cuddled up to her and licked all over her face.

Finnegan has had a wonderful home, but he may not survive as long as other cats. The reason for this is because he has heart-related health problems. That does not, however, prevent them from developing a strong connection with one another. They have no desire to be apart.
