A Man Converts A Space Behind A Wall Into A Cat’s Bedroom

A few months ago, Bryan Davies and his family opened their hearts and home to a wonderful sheltering cat named Wyatt. And it did not take long for the curious kitten to discover the things he liked.

“Wyatt likes to look at birds and squirrels from the window,” Davies told The Dodo.

Instead of making Wyatt wait for birds and squirrels to show up, however, Davies decided to become creative.

Davies found a way to satisfy Wyatt’s desire during the winter months when animals do not visit the area due to the cold. On a tablet, he searched for bird videos online and presented them to Wyatt.

Davies had seen an empty area along a wall in his bedroom following a recent renovation to his home. That made him think.

Davies explained, “It was the right place for a bedroom in our little house.” “As a result, I opened the wall and started remodeling.

It was all for Wyatt.

Davies finished the little room by adding a small cat bed and other decorative elements.

The small room looked great.

Davies had also hung some small works of art on the walls that he thought Wyatt would like.

Davies took the final touch by mounting his cat TV on the wall, allowing him to watch his favorite shows – animal scenes – in the privacy of his own little home.

After that, it was time to expose Wyatt. What was the cat’s reaction?

“He likes it,” Davies said.

Davies confesses he was not sure if Wyatt would use the cramped space he designed. However, it immediately became the favorite place for the cat to rest.

Davies stated, “He spends a lot of time in there, begging to watch his show before taking a nap.” “He’s like any other teenager when it comes to zoning out in front of the television. He also naps a lot. He enjoys it as much as a child who has finally been given his own room.”

Of course, Wyatt does not spend all of his time in the room. However, he seemed to love having his own personal space.

Davies believed that the time and effort he put into creating a small place for his family’s cat was well worth it. After all, Wyatt means everything to them.

Davies stated, “He is our best friend.”
