Cat Looks As If She Doesn’t Like the New Baby, Only To Be Caught Sleeping With Her

Sunny spent nearly half his life in a shelter, hoping to find his family forever. He was very happy when they finally got him, and he immediately fell in love with his new life.

Sunny’s mother, Shannon Richardson, told The Dodo, “We got him from a shelter five years ago, at the age of eight.” “He had been looking for a new home for six years and once we saw him, we knew we had to adopt him!”

Sunny was happy with his life and routine until one day, when his parents brought home a young human sister named Hazel, Sunny was unhappy.

Richardson claimed that when they first brought Hazel home, he did not seem to like her. “We put the moving shutter on the ground and he sniffed it before he left and ate his dinner.”

Sunny spent months trying to make it clear that he did not like Hazel. Until recently, when his parents looked at the camera which was placed in the baby’s room and were surprised by what they saw, they wondered if the stubborn cat would ever love his new sister.

Sunny got into Hazel’s room after they had put her to bed one night and jumped on her bed, then hugged next to her and fell asleep.

“This was his first sleep with him,” Richardson explained. “When I saw him in the crib, I was surprised. My husband found out he had not returned to our bed after having been there for four hours! ”

Sunny had always had a good place for Hazel, it turned out; he was just too afraid to admit it.

Sunny has no worries with, as he knows how much he adores Hazel now that his secret has been revealed. When she is crying, he follows her to make sure she is well, and he likes to be caught next to her whenever he can.

Richardson added, “He literally threw her in her bed this morning while she was crying and teasing her.” “She still hasn’t mastered the art of petting, so she grabbed it and kept it there. He’s a great young man.”

Sunny and Hazel may have had a tough start, but they are on their way to being best friends, and Sunny will definitely be on her side for many more things to come.
