The Cat Is Terrified And Lonely When The Family Moves Out And Leaves The House Alone
An animal rescue agency in New York City was alerted earlier in May about a cat that had been abandoned in a Mount Vernon, New York condominium. His owners had just relocated and left him behind.
“Tenants who were in a hurry to depart left him with the rubbish.” “A good Samaritan offered him dry food after he came out to us for assistance,” Little Wanderers NYC shared.
Narnia, as he was immediately dubbed, was around six years old and, predictably, shy. When he was approached, he would curl up in fright in the nearest corner. Everyone could see that if he was to be recovered, he would need an expert carer.
Little Wanderers of NYC said, “He is a really lovely cat, and we look forward to him blossoming into the king that he is supposed to be.”
A trip to the veterinarian was scheduled, and the shy cat was ultimately inspected. Slowly but steadily, Narnia began to emerge from his shell, and his genuine personality began to shine through. It didn’t take long for us to figure out that he enjoyed to cuddle.
“At first, he was quite shy, but as he began to feel protected, he warmed up,” stated a Little Wanderers spokesperson.
He decided one day to sleep in his foster mother’s bed!
“In the months that he’s been with his foster mom, Narnia has gone a long way. Little Wanderers remarked, “He changed from a hesitant, terrified youngster to a confident boy who is now able to rest.”
“He yearns for a peaceful home with a consistent schedule. Narnia like to be the sole ruler of his castle, which implies he prefers to be alone.”
Month after month, Narnia waited for the proper foster family to come along, and his wish came true before he knew it.
Narnia has found her forever home.
The proper family had learned everything there was to know about Narnia and had fallen in love with him, ready to crown him king of their home.
Narnia now walks with his head and tail held high, knowing that he belongs and is deserving of all the love the world has to offer.
