Two Kittens Are Found In Terrible Conditions In An Abandoned House And Are Adopted By A Kind Family

While she was out on a TNR program in Ohio, Donna, a rescuer, was out assisting a colony of community cats when she saw a tiny kitten cowering on a rotting window ledge. Not having a cat carrier with her she went back to her car to get a container.

“I glanced up to the window sill and saw this kitten shaking, petrified and frozen in fear. She was abandoned at the feral cat colony (that I care for),” Donna said.

“I walked up to the window sill and effortlessly grabbed the small one. She began purring as soon as I touched her.”

She saw turned on her purr engine when she saw she was in safe hands, understandably worried given her situation. Donna strapped her into her improvised carrier and drove NeNe to the doctor.

Donna learned from her neighbors that NeNe was accompanied by another kitty, which turned out to be her brother.

“The house is horrible and now abandoned where they were living,” Donna said as she returned for him.

“When I rejoined them, it was the loveliest thing.” Donna remarked, “Their love for each other is so pure and amazing.”

“After a balanced meal, a vet visit, and deworming and flea treatment, they were as good as new.” Both of these little ones had a rocky start, but that is now in the past.”

Nico, NeNe’s kitty sibling, had a lot of fluff and weighed almost a pound less than NeNe. Despite his little size, he assumed the role of big brother and was always on the lookout for his sister.

Nico was a lot fluffier than NeNe, and he was almost a pound lighter, despite the fact that he took his duty as big brother and protector extremely seriously.

“Until Nico came, NeNe couldn’t figure out how to use the litter box.” He took her under his wing and showed her the ropes. NeNe followed in the footsteps of this 1.7-pound cat that knew just what to do.”

The siblings were soon moved to a larger playpen with plenty of space to stretch their legs.

“With more space and toys abounding, they had an amazing blast.” Nico was gaining weight, but he was still a pound lighter than before. Donna said.

“They fight a lot, but as soon as you touch them, they start purring.” They are absolute delight.”

“NeNe and Nico met Willow, another foster cat, and embraced her as one of their own.

Nico served as the group’s moderator. He showed kids how to play together and get along.”

These two are really close and have a particular relationship. “They adore cuddling, purring incessantly, and bringing only smiles and laughter.”

NeNe and Nico were placed available for adoption through Cats are People Too Club, Inc. after making significant growth (CAPT).

They soon got the finest of news!

“Nico and NeNe have found their family and will be able to spend the rest of their lives together! “There are no words to express everyone’s happiness,” CAPT wrote.

“After I spared them from a life of misery, they lapped up every ounce of love we offered them,” Donna explained.

“They are well-rounded, delightful little fluff balls that are ready to provide years and years of joy and love to (their forever family).”
