YouTuber Liam Thompson Builds An Elevator For Frodo A 20 Year Old Cat

Liam Thompson, a YouTuber from Aukland, New Zealand, has over 1.86 million subscribers because to his crazy short videos. The 21-year-old frequently uploads videos of himself with his labradoodle Max and senior cat Frodo, who will turn 20 this year.

Thompson once gifted Max with a million pieces of dog food to celebrate achieving a million subscribers, as an example of his upbeat films. He trained Max to bow for and pet Frodo, the cat, in other popular videos.

Thompson attempted to make things easy for Frodo when he was 18, since he was slowing down. As a result, he devised a railway “public transportation system” since “he despises walking.” Previous attempts included converting a Roomba into a platform for Frodo, but it wasn’t particularly efficient because it had its own thinking. Then Thompson, ever inventive, built a robotic system that followed a multicolored tape track.

The carriage was stationed by Frodo’s bedside, following three “rails” of varying colors on the floor.

Thompson’s room was served by a blue “rail” of tape. Frodo’s eating dish was reached by the green rail. The red rail then proceeded to the door on the outside.
Thompson notes, “These are essentially the only three places Frodo ever travels.”

Thompson had previously handcrafted a wooden “carriage” to transport Frodo in elegance. For “his lordship,” he painted it a gorgeous royal purple to complete the image.

He replies, “Not precisely straight, but perfectly constructed from the heart.”

The train set out along the tape track after depositing Frodo in his purple chariot.

“Be free!” exclaims the speaker. As Frodo galloped along at a leisurely pace, Thompson said. Frodo ate from his dish as soon as he arrived, as if to amuse his dumb human. Then, a giddy Thompson reaps the benefits of his work.

Recently, the New Zealander has returned to developing innovative ways to assist Frodo while also amusing his international fans. Frodo is now 20 years old, which he describes as “Dumbledore/Gandalf territory.”

The orange kitten has a daily ritual of descending a steep stairwell. The cat then proceeds to his preferred spot alongside the pool to sun himself while napping. As a result, Thompson set out to assist Frodo in safely down the steps.

Thompson returns to wood construction once more, this time integrating sliding door rails and an electric hoist system. After inventing a rudimentary prototype, he sets out to refine it, focusing on the design’s safety.

He’s produced a workable “elevator” for Frodo to experience after days of safety testing with Jimbo, the stuffed animal, sanding, and painting (this time with blue paint). It does, in fact, work like a charm.

Following his gradual descent to the bottom, the kitten departs his blue trolley and, once again, amuses Thompson by heading directly to his favorite poolside sunbathing place.

Thompson exclaims, “This is the greatest day of my life!” “That, my friends, is a wonderful success if you ask me.”

Frodo then comes on his return journey, and his servant is eager to run the elevator.

“I’m totally fizzing right now,” Thomspon adds, beaming.

If only he had a robot elevator attendant on call at all times. But, hey, it’s all in good humor, and these two are having a great time. We all had a great time riding along with Frodo on his adorable adventure.
