Gang Of Adorable Cats Claim Town’s Christmas Tree As Their Own

Thanks to Victor’s unusual phobia, Olocco’s tree is now protected, and it appears that encircling the tree with tangerines will become a new yearly ritual.

The tree, which was commissioned by the cultural organisation A Cuperte de Natale, isn’t really a tree. It’s a group of miniature wooden cottages meant to symbolize the town’s unity in remaining at home to prevent COVID-19 from spreading.

However, even before the tree was completed, it drew the attention of Lucera’s furriest people, who regarded the little cottages as more than just symbolic.

“The plaza [where the tree was constructed] is home to a family of stray cats. They’re looked for by the locals “The association’s president, Luigi Conte, told The Dodo. “They practically helped us build the tree.”

After everything was said and done, the kitties were overjoyed with how the tree turned out.

The cats quickly took ownership of the tree, much to the joy of everyone engaged in its development.

“The tree was erected to convey a statement about the current state of affairs. However, it was later converted into a cat sanctuary and amusement park “Conte expressed his thoughts. “This year, they are the stars of the show, bringing life to the Christmas tree. The end product was ideal.”

The cats and their lively behaviors produce the cutest Christmas ornaments, as you’ll see:

Due to the epidemic, Christmas will undoubtedly be a little different this year, as the tree’s design suggested. But having the tree taken over by cats gives it a whole new meaning, demonstrating that, despite the unusual times, there is still enough of joy to be discovered.

Conte stated, “I’m glad they’re here.” “It’s a message of hope,” she says.
