Cat Bob The Thief With Deceptive Skills Steals Cookies At The Police Station

Bob is a naughty cat that has gotten himself into a lot of trouble for a variety of reasons.

Sneaking into a police station to take biscuits, ‘harassing’ local students, strolling in on ladies in swimming pool locker rooms, and claiming to be hungry to scam food from strangers are just a few examples.

He’s wrecked havoc on the Medway towns where he grew up, with Natasha McPhee, director of the non-profit Animals Lost and Found in Kent (ALFIK), even drawing up a cat ASBO for him.

After multiple people reported him as a stray to ALFIK, Natasha met Bob.

She connected him with his owner and quickly discovered that the goofy child is well-known in Gillingham, Kent.

‘Bob was once a stray cat,’ Natasha explained.

‘His current owner discovered him and commented on how nice he was, so she assumed he had a home.’

‘She brought him to the vet, but they were unable to locate his owners, so he was returned to her.’

We started seeing photographs of this cat on the Animals Lost and Found Facebook page slowly but steadily, and then Kent Police put a photo online stating he’d broken into the station and started taking their biscuits.’

Indeed, Medway Police tweeted a picture of the cheeky chap sitting next to a tub of goodies earlier this month, with the caption: ‘We appear to have adopted a Medway Police Station cat.’

‘He returns to stalk the Christmas biscuits no matter how many times he is taken out of the place.’

‘If anyone is looking for this little boy, he doesn’t have a chip but he’s clearly properly cared for.’

Natasha, 38, felt it would be interesting to poll the ALFIK Facebook page, which has over 35,000 followers, to see who the public thought was the naughtiest pet in their region.

Betsy the cat, who runs a ‘homeless and starving’ scam, and Enki the bird, who loves to ‘fly out of nowhere’ and attack people, are two more well-known local animals.

‘We have dogs that come up on our radar all the time, like Bob, so we simply thought we’d have a little fun with it,’ Natasha explained.

Bob gained the coveted distinction of Kent’s most delinquent cat, maybe unexpectedly considering his stealing record, causing Natasha to prepare his fake ASBO.

‘It’s to be Bob for my vote, given as he’s courageous enough to stroll into a police station and grab their hearts from under their noses and walk out without a care in the world,’ one user said under the poll. Plus, he’s stunning.’

‘Bob the master crook is fairly smart, breaking and entering, escaping capture, and stealing within the boundaries of the police station,’ commented another.
